We’ll begin with conversation and connection. You’ll share your wedding ideas. I’ll listen and learn how you want to remember your day. Then, I’ll begin creating a detailed plan for preserving those moments.
STEP 02: VISUALIZE
We’ll discuss your vision for the day, and I’ll recommend trusted partners who can elevate and bring it to life. Then, I’ll begin visually designing the day structured around your personalities and surroundings.
STEP 03: TELL
I’ll observe your wedding day as you interact with each other and your guests. And like a movie director, I’ll guide you into picture-perfect moments when needed without distraction.
A NATURAL APPROACH TO PHOTOGRAPHY
Will you be photographing our wedding?
Yes, it will be me photographing your wedding, my name will be shown clearly on the contract between us. Read a little more about me.
How would you best describe your style?
In essence, I don’t dictate or direct but instead observe to discreetly cover events as they happen. I photograph your day as it naturally unfolds, capturing real moments & creating a timeless record of your day.
How many images will we receive and do we get usage rights?
Image numbers largely depend on how much coverage you opt for in your package and whether you & a second photographer. During a typical full wedding day (bridal preparations through to the early hours), and with just me as the photographer, you will receive roughly 400 – 500 images. You are assigned full & unrestricted personal usage rights to print and share/distribute yourselves.
How long have you been a wedding photographer and how many weddings do you shoot each year?
I’ve been a full-time wedding photographer since 2011, shooting between 20 & 50 weddings a year. I’ve documented weddings of most faiths & cultures & have worked in hundreds of different locations and venues, and across the globe!
How long after the wedding will the photographs be ready?
Your images are ready within 6 to 8 weeks following the wedding. I always aim to try & deliver them sooner than this if possible.
How do we book?
If you’d like to book me to photograph your wedding then you’ll need to confirm how much coverage you’d like to go for & pay your booking fee via card / Bank Transfer.
Do you offer Engagement Shoots (aka Pre-Wedding Shoots)?
Yes, I do. Roughly half my couples every year decide to add an Engagement Shoot to their wedding photography package. Rest assured these shoots are very relaxed & adhere to my documentary approach. The aim of the Engagement Shoot is to allow us to get used to working together prior to the day but to also help couples overcome any fears they have of being in front of the camera.
Do you have back-up equipment?
Yes, I always have at least three cameras & multiple lenses, it’s exceptionally rare that a technical issue occurs but in the event that it does, I’m covered!
